These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 10MintViral at https://10mintviral.in/ and related services for Instagram and YouTube creators. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use 10MintViral.

2. Nature of the Service

10MintViral provides tools that may include:

Public Instagram / YouTube profile and content insights
Growth and boost plans for public Reels, Shorts, and videos
Account dashboard for orders and referrals

We only use publicly available platform data. We never require your Instagram or YouTube password.

3. YouTube / Google terms (required)

By using YouTube-related features on 10MintViral, you also agree to be bound by:

10MintViral uses YouTube API Services to access public YouTube data. We do not claim affiliation with YouTube or Google beyond licensed API use. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

4. Accounts & eligibility

Provide accurate registration information
Keep your login credentials confidential
You must be allowed to use the service under applicable law

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the site, scrape unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt services
Do not submit illegal content or impersonate others
Comply with Instagram, YouTube, and Google policies for any content you promote

6. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee viral outcomes, specific view/like/subscriber counts, or uninterrupted growth. Results vary by content and platform algorithms.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Prices may change. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10MintViral is not liable for platform bans/restrictions, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service or third-party APIs (including YouTube API Services outages or quota limits).

9. Third-party APIs

Features depending on Instagram or YouTube data may fail if those platforms or APIs change, rate-limit, or become unavailable. We may modify or suspend affected features accordingly.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time and request data deletion via Data Deletion.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance.
