Data Deletion Request

Use this page to request deletion of personal data associated with your 10MintViral account.

What we delete

YouTube API–related data

Public YouTube channel/video data obtained via YouTube API Services may be cached briefly for performance. When you request deletion, we remove account-linked records and can purge specific cached channel handles you list in your request. This does not delete your YouTube channel — only data held by 10MintViral.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@10mintviral.in with subject Delete my data.
  2. Include the mobile number registered on 10MintViral so we can verify you own the account.
  3. Optionally list YouTube handles / Instagram usernames you want removed from cache.
  4. We verify, delete your account records and associated cached lookups, then confirm by email.

We process verified requests within 30 days, sooner where possible.

Revoke access to your Google / YouTube data

You can review and remove an application’s access to your Google account (including YouTube data) from Google’s security settings page:

Open that page, select the application, and choose the option to remove or revoke its access. 10MintViral currently reads only public YouTube data with an API key and does not request OAuth authorization, so we would not normally appear in that list. Revoking access at Google does not delete data already stored by us — use the deletion steps above for that.

How long YouTube API data is kept

Email deletion request
Payment/tax records may be retained where required by law even after account deletion.
